Driver Says Man Couldn't Care for Baby Girl

A man who abandoned a baby girl in the back of a livery cab in Queens on Thursday confided to the driver just beforehand that the baby's mother had left four days earlier and that he was incapable of caring for the child, the driver said on Friday.
